Our client is seeking a candidate with at least 6 months of payroll processing experience for an opportunity at their Conshohocken, Pa location.
Job Responsibilities for Payroll | HR Admin:
- Accurately enter and process weekly payroll in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and IRA contribution filings.
- Maintain accurate records for Union benefits and ensure timely reporting.
- Provide backup support to administrative and accounting departments as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, correspondence, and general office duties.
- Handle sensitive employee, payroll, and financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
